The beautiful Villa Faisan, perfect for a couple or small family of up to 4 guests, is uniquely set within walking ditance to Puerto Pollensa, in one of the most sought after locations of the area. Finished with taste, tradition and style, with airy interiors, spacious terraces, and a generously sized private pool, Villa Faisan offers beautiful views over the surrounding mountains in a totally tranquil setting.



Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance opens into a useful hallway, leading to an open-plan lounge/dining room. The room is light and airy, is furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and is divided in half by a traditional stone archway. From both areas, large French doors open out to a huge covered terrace, facing the pool area. It is paved on all sides and offers unobstructed views. Off the lounge/dining room there is a fully fitted, American style kitchen with pantry. There is one twin bedroom and one double bedroom and both share a bathroom with a shower.



Outside, the large covered terrace leads to an open terrace, complete with a beautiful barbecue area and an exterior shower room. The large private pool surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees, perfect to enjoy the truly Mallorcan atmosphere and nature!

Inrichting van de villa is wat gedateerd, maar de buitenkant en de ligging is perfect.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, die regelmatig even langskomt om te kijken of alles naar wens is. Bij klachten staat hij vrijwel direct klaar on te helpen, ongeacht het tijdstip. De woning is wat gedateerd, vooral de inrichting. Maar in Mallorca leef je buiten en dat is perfect. Mooi terras en heerlijk zwembad. Rustige ligging, wel wat lastig te bereiken door de smalle toevoerwegen en een lastig te nemen bocht naar de oprit. Maar overall een prima verblijf gehad.
