Villa Monserrat has a large lawn garden and splendid views over the surrounding countryside to the mountains. This impressive 3 bedroom house is only a short drive from historic Pollensa Old Town as well as the facilities and beach of Puerto Pollensa. Both also have a number of restaurants and shops to sample. Villa Monserrat has a typical Spanish feel, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and kitchen. An all-round great choice for a relaxing villa holiday!

Situated between Pollensa (Pollenca) Old Town and the seafront at Puerto Pollensa (Puerto Pollenca), Villa Monserrat is only a short drive from the beach and a number of shops and places to eat. Located in the area of Cap de Bou, the villa has impressive views of the surrounding countryside and distant mountains. This part of the island has a good choice of attractions and places to visit. Plus, golfers will also find 2 good courses nearby, and children will love the waterpark! Villas Marieta and Pallicer are along the same lane.
