Villa with jacuzzy in Pollensa town

The kitchen is very well equipped with custom-made cabinets, mosaic floors and an independent pantry (where the dishwasher is located). This part of the house has two bedrooms, a large double room with an en-suite bathroom and another double room with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom.



On the other hand, the third bedroom is located in the annex, which is accessed by an independent staircase. This room is a large independent attic with a table and chairs, an American kitchen, a bathroom and a door that leads to a lovely terrace with views of the surrounding rooftops and the Puig de Maria hill, as well as the garden and the jacuzzi below.

The jacuzzi is available at no cost from 1 April to 31 October.

From June to September, the water is kept at ambient temperature.

In April, May and October, the jacuzzi will be warm, although it will never exceed 30 °C.

To conserve heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not being used.

Local bakeries, shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the area's large beaches are a short drive away.
