Villa Jade Polop is a beautiful and modern holiday villa, built in 2018, located in Polop, in the Valencia region, 65 km from Alicante airport. Centrally situated in the heart of Costa Blanca North in Spain, it is the ideal place for you to relax, but also a perfect base for excursions.



You can rent this modern holiday home for a vacation or to spend the winter in the healthy climate of the Costa Blanca. Villa Jade is truly exceptional and equipped with every comfort. The villa is beautifully and quietly located with luxurious finishes. There is a large terrace with a private pool of 7 x 4 meters and the panoramic mountain views are breathtaking. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combination oven and a coffee machine.



Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and have breakfast in the morning sun. There is sun from morning until evening and under the pergola you can enjoy refreshing shade.



Nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, and various bars and restaurants. Free parking is available on the premises. Pets are not allowed.



The villa charges cleaning fees, costs for towels and bed linen (available for an extra fee), and a deposit per stay, which you must pay directly to the owner via bank transfer, no later than six weeks before the check-in date. Electricity costs are charged to you per kWh.

Pros: Zeer vriendelijk onthaal van Marco en Leslie. Zeer praktische indeling van de mooie luxueuze villa! Groot en mooi terras, mooi zwembad, het loungegedeelte buiten was een zeer leuke plaats om te vertoeven. Alles was aanwezig voor een topvakantie! Fantastisch en zeer rustig gelegen in een zeer mooie woonwijk. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten, uitstappen en wandelingen! Cons: Dat de vaatwas nog gevuld was met vuile borden.

Pros: Heerlijke villa om te vertoeven, zorgeloos op vakantie. Super afwerking, alles meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Heerlijk bed, douche, zwembad. Het was even zoeken naar de moderne technieken (veel afstandsbedieningen) tot we de kaft met bijhorende uitleg vonden😉. Ook fijn is het aanbod van kaartjes met lekkere restaurants(wij brachten alvast eentje mee)en de verschillende marktjes die er zijn! Top!!

Pros: Echt alles is aanwezig om er van een fijne vakantie te genieten. De ligzetels, tafels en stoelen buiten, de (bad)handdoeken, het zwembad, de ingerichte keuken... De ontvangst (sleutelbeheerder) is hartelijk alsook de dag wanneer je vertrekt. Alles stond reeds klaar rondom de woning en het zwembad wanneer we aankwamen. In de buurt heb je een aantal bekende steden die zeker de moeite waard zijn om te bezoeken. Tevens is er een groot shoppingcenter niet ver van de woning. De woning is ruim genoeg, genoeg lichtinval in de woning, rolluiken aan de slaapkamers. Badkamer is groot genoeg. Airco aanwezig in alle ruimtes. We gaan er zeker nog eens naartoe! Top!!!! PS: Misschien een bad- en/of strandhanddoek meer per persoon.

Pros: Wij hebben geweldige 3 weken beleefd in Villa Jade. Perfect huis voor gezin met 2 kinderen. Van alle luxe (hyper modern) en faciliteiten (prachtig zwembad, ruim terras, volledig ingerichte keuken, geruisloze ingebouwde airco in elke kamer, meer dan voldoende badlakens enz...) voorzien. Erg aangenaam contact met eigenaar. Zeer vriendelijke host, flexibel in aankomst -en vertrektijdstip. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes naar strand, natuur, winkels enz. Correcte en erg snelle afrekening. Kortom een vakantie zonder zorgen en een huis, omgeving om heerlijk te genieten van alles wat de Costa Blanca u te bieden heeft. Een echte aanrader!!!
