Villa Jade Polop is a beautiful and modern holiday villa, built in 2018, located in Polop, in the Valencia region, 65 km from Alicante airport. Centrally situated in the heart of Costa Blanca North in Spain, it is the ideal place for you to relax, but also a perfect base for excursions.



You can rent this modern holiday home for a vacation or to spend the winter in the healthy climate of the Costa Blanca. Villa Jade is truly exceptional and equipped with every comfort. The villa is beautifully and quietly located with luxurious finishes. There is a large terrace with a private pool of 7 x 4 meters and the panoramic mountain views are breathtaking. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, combination oven and a coffee machine.



Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace and have breakfast in the morning sun. There is sun from morning until evening and under the pergola you can enjoy refreshing shade.



Nearby you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, and various bars and restaurants. Free parking is available on the premises. Pets are not allowed.



The villa charges cleaning fees, costs for towels and bed linen (available for an extra fee), and a deposit per stay, which you must pay directly to the owner via bank transfer, no later than six weeks before the check-in date. Electricity costs are charged to you per kWh.
