Welcome to your perfect getaway on the Costa Blanca! This beautiful air-conditioned villa features 3 spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with twin beds—making it ideal for families or groups of friends. With two fully equipped bathrooms, your comfort and convenience are always prioritized.

The heart of the villa is the lush, private garden, where you can truly unwind. Bask in the sun on one of the loungers, take a dip in the private (non-heated) pool, or explore the large communal pool, all while soaking in stunning panoramic views of the Costa Blanca coastline on one side and the majestic Ponoig mountain on the other. The garden is fully fenced and includes private parking on the property.

Inside, the kitchen and living areas are thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing stay. You’ll find a Nespresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and tableware you need. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The village of Polop features an authentic town centre with typical narrow streets and several shops and restaurants. It is just a 10-minute drive from La Nucia and 15 minutes from Altea or Benidorm. Polop is well connected to Alicante and Valencia, thanks to the AP-7. So, you can seek out the hustle and bustle of the Costa Blanca whenever the need arises.
