Country House 'Son Capella' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Son Capella, 2.2 km from Porreres, is an oasis in the heart of Majorca. This 350m2 solar country house is on 10,000 m² of landscaped garden with many quiet places to read. It has an 11m x 5.5m saltwater swimming pool and its own freshwater well.
The property offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms en suite, and four single beds. The rooms have ceiling and standing ventilators.
There are five rooms for entertaining: one television room and a library on the first floor between the two 60m2 suites.
The 40m2 dining room cum kitchen has two 25m2 sitting rooms for playing table games, reading, or listening to music. This area is heated with a 16 kcal wood-burning fire in the kitchen.
From the kitchen, three double doors lead out onto the 65m2 dining terrace, which has a large table for up to 14 people and a lounging area.
There is a separate terrace dining room for eight people underneath the Mulberry tree, away from the house, in case teenagers want to be alone!
We have a cat that eats once daily and chickens that lay lovely big eggs if fed! They eat everything!

To help us make the most of the natural energy around us, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple recommendations: Please turn off the main lights when you go to sleep. You’re welcome to leave small lights on—they don’t affect energy use significantly. Try to avoid using high-energy appliances (such as the washing machine, oven, dishwasher, or iron) after sunset. During daylight hours, we have plenty of solar power available. By following these small steps, we can avoid switching on the generator and stay beautifully in tune with the rhythm of the sun.
