This is an incredible Hilton location. I've stayed multiple places in Port Moresby but this was by far one of my best experiences. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredible and so attentive, there were nice touches like a welcome note and gift, and the amenities throughout the hotel and surrounding complex that made my stay fantastic. The food is the best I've had in Papua New Guinea, bar none, especially their 5 star breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel in an heartbeat!

Excellent hotel and very secure. I had access to the business lounge of which I highly recommend if not just for breakfast. It had access to meeting rooms which I was able to use during my stay and very friendly and attentive service. Restaurants were also on site and very good quality food served.

My rating is a low 4/5. Check in was terrible. We arrived well after check in time after a long flight and they couldnt find our booking. We waited around for over an hour before they "found" our room. Got into the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor tiles were not cleaned properly. The other staff at the restaurants, Host cafe and security personnel were polite and friendly

Pool was nice, as was the buffet breakfast. Our room had a main light that wouldn't turn off with the switch and we waited an hour for someone from maintenance to show up after the kids were supposed to be sleeping. I ended up having to detach the light myself. Also, we had a few suspicious insect bites in groups of threes that reminded me of bed bugs.
