It’s a quiet comfortable place to rest. Really close to the Dunes. My family enjoyed the heated pool and sauna.

I would not stay here again. We just took our kids here for a family weekend getaway and the place was BEAUTIFUL dont get me wrong, it wasn’t until the 2nd night I it stay was an issue. The hotel is obviously outdated not a problem until I was sitting in dry clothes in the pool area with a leak in the roof splashing me. As well as when trying to sleep you hear EVERY single sound made from ALL surrounding rooms. The beds SUCKED they were hard as a rock and I didn’t sleep hardly any. The key cards stopped working 4 times total during our stay. The guy at the desk tried to tell me I couldn’t recieve “2 extra” wash cloths for our 4 person room when they only gave us two. The breakfast was not good, the waffles and other warm food was gross. And THE BEST PART ( not literal) WOKE UP SUNDAY MORNING WITH BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY STOMACH AND BACK! We tried to hurry and leave as quick as possible after learning what bites I had on me.

Love this Place 💗 I usually stay here for the Hot Tub rooms,which are Really Nice! This time I took the Grandsons to go swimming and the Only complaint I have is I wish the pool was warmer or the fireplace was on to heat up the swimming area.

Comfortable and clean place. However, the customer service was extremely poor. We stayed 2 nights and on the second day I went to the front desk to ask for 2 clean towels as we didn’t have maid service after our first night. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told me I couldn’t have new towels. Then she said that she had to talk to housekeeping to see if they had enough towels to give me 2 clean towels. I then asked her if I could just use the pool towels so we could take showers with clean towels and she said “no there aren’t enough of those either”. After about 20 minutes of back and forth arguing she finally gave me 2 clean towels.
