This is an excellent hotel to relax and enjoy the amenities and eat healthy food. Excellent healthy breakfast. Staff were very helpful, polite and pro- active in terms of looking after guests. The breakfast was fantastic as was the staff. The spa was well equipped and very relaxing. Two of the three days we used it we had the whole spa to ourselves. The gym equipment was all the latest and in great condition. It was a short distance to the beach for an early morning run and was deserted on the days I ran. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel
