Parking is tight. One of the elevators was a little janky. The toaster was broken and the spout fell off the batter dispenser. It was very clean and quiet.

This was the second hotel we stayed in on our stay this weekend as the first one was completely unacceptable this time it was a lot nicer. It was a five star hotel so we thought oh this is gonna be great. We checked in. It was fairly OK. the girl was a little bit rude but not to be like that was just like nitpicking so I’m not a big deal and flash forward to that night. My daughter goes to use the washroom at 12:45 at night and the toilet won’t flush apparently the toilet should’ve been put out of order and same with that room but they neglected to do so. I’m so we had to move rooms at 1 o’clock in the morning totally not acceptable when I asked for a discount or something like that they told me they could not because I had booked through Expedia.

we went to breakfast sunday a.m. at 9. breakfast was to be until 10. but at that time, many of the food containers were empty. it was 20 minutes before they were filled again. staff missed keeping ahead of it. i also came down the elevator saturday p.m. just walking around and could hear the person at the front counter "yelling" over the phone "don't come down here, we don't have your credit card". it was said a number of times, louidly. it was disconcerting and i turned around and walked away.
