WE always stay here when we spend the night in Portland. Price is very reasonable for the area in the Pearl. As an example, of their hospitality we always stay there on our anniversary every year and they sent up a small bottle of sparkling wine, candy and some cookies AND a card with the signatures of the staff. By all means please consider this hotel on your next trip to Portland.

We enjoyed two nights accommodations. The coffee was always on. Th hotel was clean and well lit. Staff was friendly. The gym was nice and allowed us to work out each day. We enjoyed the restaurant located just off of the lobby. The breakfast was a nice way to begin our day.

Room condition was fine. A lot of stuff went wrong. We walked into a room full of stuff and luckily noone was there. After that they had some more difficulties in finding my account so they out me in an upgraded room. They once again almost took me out of that room because of the miscommunication between the front staff. And then it took a while for maintenance to get our controller working since that didnt work so we had to wait a while for that as well. Walking into an occupied room has happened for the second time whike staying with hilton. Im not mad but i was just disappointed because im always a loyal customers to hilton. The staff was extremely nice because of the situation. The staff was great!
