Great location! Clean & comfy rooms.

They downgraded our room and gave us points to their Hyatt member program to compensate us. They said if they gave any cash back it would go to Hotels.com and not us. Not ideal since I’ll likely forgot I have a membership. Also, the ladies room was out of soap. I told the front desk twice and they still didn’t refill the soap. As for our room, it was very clean and comfortable. The location to shopping was perfect!

Great location and wonderful customer service! Really quiet in the room so you can hear quite a bit outside, shower pressure wasn't great but bed was comfortable and room was clean. There was some construction going on that we weren't aware of but it wasn't a deal breaker. Love that they offer airport shuttle!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Port in Portland. I was disappointed that their pool was gone and was not updated on their website. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed the location of the property and how easy it was to walk to the water and most of the activities we were doing in Portland. We did have to drive to the lighthouse, but otherwise everything else was walkable. Lots of places to eat nearby and shops. It was safe as well, with a decent seeming night life near by.
