Hotel mistakenly re-assigned our room number and key to other guests so that we were woken in the middle of the night by strange people in the room. Front desk shunted me to day manager, who shunted me to customer relations, after characterizing the situation as "a misunderstanding." Guess I misunderstood that the rooms were secure here.

Brendan at the front desk was awesome, answering our questions and booking our taxi for the airport. Absolutely lovely hotel. We had a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room. One of the reception staff was a bit grumpy but every other member of staff was cheerful and helpful. This hotel is in such a good location to explore Dublin. Breakfast was good too. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall nice hotel with friendly staff

It's a nice hotel, centrally located with friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. It's located close to lots of Dublin sites and Trinity campus. It's nice and I'd recommend it.
