That was one of the best showers I've ever had at a hotel, and the toiletries were a nice brand. I usually worry about the quality of these things, so I tend to bring my own, but I was packing very light and decided to use the provided toiletries and I was very pleased. I also slept very well - the temperature was perfect, and the bed was SO cozy!

I liked the view of the lake from the 3rd floor window. The restaurant food is tasty even when it wasn't very hot when it got to the table or bar. Seems like they needed more staff in the dining room so the bartender doesn't have to run to all the tables to take orders, serve plates and bus the tables. Maleia was awesome!

Room 409 was a newly renovated room. Very pretty. But no mini fridge and no hair dryer. Not impressed. We brought food and drinks to our room and had no way of refrigerating them. When checki g out i mentioned it to the stsff member and she said the contractors who remodeled the room probably forgot to put those things in the room. I was not happy. What hotel does not have a mini fridge or hair dryer. There was no way to dry my hair before we left..so I left with wet hair..
