The room was very adequate, although one that will likely be part of the ongoing update. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet and dark. Staff were great. I especially liked that I could catch a shuttle to the hotel from the airport at midnight.

Friendly staff from the shuttle driver to the check in staff. Sad though, we were supposed to receive VIP benefits. No upgrade offered and they ran out of sparkling wine, so didn’t receive a bottle of anything.

Hope (Manager) was great, fixed my reservation after a mistake was made from a 3rd party booking. She even upgraded us due to our troubles! Sarah at front desk along with the 2 other ladies I encountered during our stay were very welcoming and friendly. The staff in the restaurant were excellent, decent food and drinks (little pricey) but my husband and I were pleased. We will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay !!

Excellent Airport Hotel

This was a one-night stay after arriving in Portland late at night. Our room was clearly just renovated; it was spotless and roomy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Due to having still being in the process of renovation they had not yet installed a shelf in the shower and a toilet tissue dispenser in the commode, but given the excellent condition of the room these were not bothersome.
