Overall 5 Stars. Every service can booked digital. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is great! Thank you very much.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff is always friendly, the location is very central and the suite with the view of the Temse was a highlight every evening. A special thank you goes to the extremely friendly guest relations manager, Florina, who took our concerns very seriously.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived late (1am) and we were very tired. We got a messy room with dirty bedsheets (not changed after the last visitor), half full waterbottles. So we went down to ask for another room. We were asked if we wanted to get fresh towels. I don’t wanted to sleep on dirty sheeds so after some minutes he asked the manager if we could change the room. We changed our room and the manager told us that we‘ll get a call for a refund on the next day. We never got one. It was a very stressful stay because the room was also always very cold.
