Hotel was modern, customer service was exceptional. Only issue was a leak coming from somewhere in the washroom and entrance of the room. Maintenance came to dry vac the area very quickly, but I could still feel the wetness everytime I stepped into the washroom. Not a big deal as it was our last day when it happened. Overall a great hotel.

Stayed here one night. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant which I would highly recommend. The hotel is right on the Thames. Close to Big Ben and the London Eye. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Would highly recommend.
