Comfy beds. Decor is very dark and dingy. Not to my taste. But generally nice and clean hotel with good facilities and at a reasonable price for London. Decent tube connection from Vauxhall station.

It was a big mistake by choosing this hotel . It’s just the name . We found a cockroach in our comforter . We informed the reception, they asked us for a proof of cockroach ( picture) seriously . they sent house keeping to change the bedding , oh boi that was another mistake . The entire of my son’s bed was littered some kind of white powder which gave his rashes and allergy . We went to reception the next day and spoke about the same , no sympathy , no apology , no humble tone . No one even felt the seriousness of the matter . We got a call from a customer service person , he wanted to offer us points for a future stay , but again didn’t acknowledge or was sympathizing towards our situation , points seriously .. who wants them .
