First off the staff is fantastic especially the door men. The room felt very outdated. You have all this old high end stuff that only sometimes works. I went to enjoy a glass of wine and found the last persons very lovely lipstick still all over the rim. We will also disappointed to have been told we would be charged for a fork and TP to be sent to our room?!?! With updates this hotel will be very nice. Like I said the staff are already great and very friendly.

Dani who checked us in was amazing. I told her we were celebrating my birthday so she managed to provide us a room overlooking the Thames. After a long day of walking around, we came back to cake and prosecco which was a lovely touch. The staff were lovely, the view was spectacular, the location was perfect! A really lovely stay! Nice enough hotel in a walkable area. Didn’t get much sleep though; something kept me awake all night sounding like someone rolling a lift-jack across tile flooring above me and having to listen to what sounded like staff getting yelled at in other rooms. Maybe it was just my particular room location.
