O quarto e bom , chuveiro bom , espaço bom , localização boa,. Equipe enxuta. A recepção está em reforma a bastante tempo os elevadores sem placa em cima um baita buraco e uns barulhos estranhos muito tempo e pouco capricho E a 3° vez que me hospedo e o café continua ruim . O café teria que melhorar bastante das outras vezes falei o mesmo hoje por exemplo o mamão estava passado , não tinha pão de queijo (básico) ,

O hotel fica em uma avenida onde tem muitos moradores de rua, inclusive deitados na frente do hotel. Ficando muito perigoso sair a pé e também dificuldade para conseguir pedir uber. No quarto tinha uma luz de emergência no teto acima da cama que piscava uma luz forte a noite toda, não sendo possível desligar. Durante uma chuva no corredor tinha muitas goteiras. Quarto sem ventilação com janela para fosso do prédio. Tive uma alergia muito forte, ficando com o corpo todo empolado causado por algum tipo de ácaro ou piolho na cama do hotel. Na saída do hotel fiz a reclamação mas não resolverem e não teram atenção para o caso. Não voltaria nesse hotel e não recomendo ninguém. Pois até hoje não me recuperei da coceira no corpo.

Pedi na reserva para não me colocarem no quarto dos fundos, por conta do barulho extremamente alto do ar. Porém, ignoraram o pedido e me colocaram num quarto colado na caixa central do ar-condicionado. Ainda mais, com um barulho de área de cima pingando na caixa do que estava no meu quarto. Uma noite sem descanso. Tinha, também, um edredom com um cheiro horrível embalado pra uso. Sem condições.
