Very good, conveniently located hotel

Customer service was very efficient and breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the Trindade metro station, Aliados and the old town. The hotel was reasonably quiet despite such a central location.

I found my room to be nothing like what there web site shows the bathroom was so small could not swing a cat this hotel needs a lot of updating also the wi.fi is terrible kept shutting down but the breakfast was good and plentiful

Warm reception excellent breakfast

The staff are all most helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the room has quiet air conditioning. The breakfast is wonderful with an ever changing variety of items to choose from. Whilst it is true that the rooms could do with some updating, they could not have been cleaner. The location is excellent for both the city and the Metro. Excellent.

Sänky oli ihana nukkua. Äänieristykset olivat olemattomat, kaikki äänet käytävältä, muista huoneista ja pihalta kuuluivat huoneeseen. Vahakorvatulpat mukaan, jos tahtoo saada nukutuksi herkkäunisena! Tavalliset korvatulpat eivät riitä. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava ja henkilökunta ihanaa!

Emplacement idéal pour un centre ville. Du passage en journée, très calme la nuit. Chambre refaite très récemment. La douche fait déborder l’eau dans une grande partie de la salle de bains (pas très grande). C’es LE point négatif. Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Ensemble correct pour séjour court

Personnel très professionnel. Hôtel un peu vieillissant : insonorisation très limitée + literie de qualité moyenne. Bon rapport qualité/prix néanmoins en plein centre.

Hôtel accueillant proche de l'hypercentre

Hôtel où le personnel est courtois et professionnel, au petit soin pour les clients et surtout pour ceux qui n'ont pas à leur corde plusieurs langues. L' état de propreté est flagrant. Le petit déjeuner est correct surtout si on aime manger salé car pour les douceurs sucrés, il vaut mieux les consommer à l'extérieur. La literie est correcte en revanche l'acoustique est médiocre si vous ne dormez pas d'un sommeil de plomb, évitez le lieu.
