This hotel was a dream. The staff were great. The room was so lovely and it’s in the perfect area for a first time visitor to Porto! I would highly recommend and would stay there again!!!

We arrived during a rare one-day power outage and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property was extremely clean and everyone on the staff extremely professional and helpful. Each morning's breakfast was absolutely wonderful and there was port wine and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. We loved the central location in Porto, but it can be somewhat noisy at night coming from the cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location for getting around Porto- we rarely needed a taxi! Quickly to the waterfront. Room was great size with seating area and room divider. There was a little bar area with tea/coffee, mini-fridge, robes, and slippers- perfect for a 4 night stay. Loved that the toilet and shower were separate. Favorite part was the cute terrace area off the room! The weather didn’t really cooperate so we couldn’t use it as much as we would have liked but it was lovely to have the option! Staff were helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and return back to!

Stay was very nice and location is great. If you are bothered by noise, there are cafes below and there is music and singing in the evening. Not sure if there are quieter rooms available. We faced the cafes. it did not bother us.

This place has character! We loved opening our windows to a city view and entertainment on the plaza. Breakfast and coffee were outstanding. Have already sent friends to stay there. Porto and this hotel are magical!!

Hotel is in perfect location. Parking however is a problem and expensive.
