I don’t usually rate a hotel 5 stars very often but this hotel was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend staying on the top floor for the best view of Porto.

Great location but kind of a hassle with a car. Parking overnight adds 30 euros per night. Plus you do not need a car in Porto. If traveling from other locations plan to return the car before visiting Porto!

Excellent location really close to one of Porto's major stations. Modest-sized room but decent for a city centre hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Staff ranged from truly exceptional to less impressive team members.

This is a fantastic hotel, in a great location. All of the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much effort, especially the staff on reception. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel in a very convenient central position to be able to walk to all areas of Porto centre and to the river. The front part of the hotel is in a very attractive old palace building, with grand rooms. Most rooms are in a nicely designed modern block behind (basic/classic rooms are quite small). Tram to the coast 5-10 minutes walk away. The staff were superb, very good, attentive service levels at the front desk, catering and housekeeping. Breakfast was exemplary as were the breakfast and restaurant staff.

Excellent property and stay, we enjoyed it very much. Stayed with our family in adjoining rooms, which worked out very nicely. Small but adequate fitness room, which they were willing to open up early for us. The breakfast was excellent. There were welcome snacks in the room upon our arrival - a nice touch. Great location, easy to walk to the river, shops, dining, train station. Overall, excellent.
