Stunningly beautiful location Gorgeous spa

The hotel is in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The spa itself is so unusual and very luxurious. The restaraunt is lovely and the food the best we had during our 2 weeks in the Azores. The spa treatments are great although we found it difficult to book for what we wanted as people had booked in advance

Hôtel 4 étoiles qui ne les vaut pas

Pros: Les piscines, le restaurant, le décor
Cons: le personnel la réparation des installations le parking les réservations au restaurant les changements de draps et peignoir
Location: Très bien situé pour une visite de l'île et de Furnas
Nous avons passé 8 jours dans cet hôtel et malgré les installations qui sont très bien, nous avons trouvé que le personnel et la gestion de l'hôtel a été décevant. Le personnel nous a jamais demandé comment était notre séjour, n'est pas souriant, même un bonjour est difficile à obtenir ! Les draps n'ont jamais été changé en 8 jours Nous avions des *toc toc* à la porte malgré la mise du panneau "ne pas déranger" ou alors la chambre était tellement mal insonorisée que cela pouvait provenir de la chambre voisine. Les chambres insuffisamment insonorisées A 14h plus de possibilité de réserver au restaurant pour le soir Bains turcs ou jacuzzi fermé pendant les 8 jours… Parking pas adapté aux clients car trop petit
