Mimo, że hotel zapewniał internet na miejscu okazało się, że akurat w naszym pokoju jest niedostępny. Usterkę naprawiono tym czasowo następnego dnia po ponownym zwróceniu uwagi obsłudze. Hotel zapewniał wannę z hydromasażem, jednak nie była ona 100 % sprawna. Korek od wanny nie był szczelny i woda "uciekała" z wanny, nie wszystkie dysze były sprawne. Wygląd i wystrój pokoju jak i całego hotelu był klimatyczny i bardzo uroczy.
