The hotel wasn't laid out very well. Check in was very slow. ALSO, they wouldn't let us Check in 15 minutes early. So we went back at 3 pm to find out that our room would be ready in about 15 to 25 minutes. We waited and got a that our was in a accident with a semi truck, so we went back to the main desk and canceled our roon.they told us to contact Expedia to get our money back.So let me know when this will happen.Thank you

A surprising sweet jewel in Primm

Rain forced me off the road and I had to spend the night in Primm. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was wonderful—efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean and I saw lots of staff about making sure it remained tidy. Also, there were free, delicious chocolate chip cookies at the check-in counter. The gal running the diner was a sweetheart. I was exhausted and soaked and she set me up with a hot meal. The burger and fries were delicious. The room was basic, but clean and warm. No weird smell, which I appreciated. Most Lower-end hotels smell dank or stale. This room was fine. No frills, but that was not a problem. I got a good night’s sleep and was able to work. Honestly, I would stay there again. It wasn’t a ghetto Motel 6 experience. Starbucks is across the street. McDonald’s is next door. There’s gas and a market. And the hotel staff are terrific. I felt fine staying there—safe and contented.

Primm one night stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway, easy to stop by if you need a 1 night accommodation to recharge your battery. Rooms could be better cleaned, dust was all over the bed board and around the room. The carpet could benefit from a better clean too. Breakfast and meals can be purchased at the diner inside the main hall/casino area, we had breakfast and it was ok.

I reserve a King size room payed up front got to the property and said they didn't have anything available. The reception was rude said you get what they have not what you reserve. Rooms are older not very clean. Ceiling falling in the hall way no ice machine that work. If your looking for somewhere cheap and low quality this is the place to stay. Like they say you get what you pay for.

Its was better than I expected but not great. Not much choice for food. The gaming floor has all new machines. The bar closed at Midnight. House keeping was knocking on our door at 8am asking if we were leaving that day. Don't they communicate with the front desk about those things? There was no "Do not disturb" sign for me to hang out. Stateline was fun in the 90s with all 3 properties. Sad now.

First and foremost is that this place is dirty. The walls and ceiling are paper thin so you can you hear neighbors talking and people walking around above you. We went to eat at a diner located in the resort and waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. I stopped a waiter and he said where we were sitting wasn't his area but he went and talked to our waiter and came back and told us he would be right with us. We waited about three minutes more but the waiter still didn't come, so we left.

Disappointed

This room had dirty linen on the bed, I didn’t feel comfortable using blankets or pillows. I used my own sheet and blanket. I had paid for upgraded room and was originally given a room that was far. I was told by the check in person it’s first come first serve! That I should have arrived earlier to be assigned a closer room. Which I told him website didn’t state that. Ended up in an old room with a single bed, with handicap shower head…my view was a brick wall!
