The property boasts an on site shopping mall. We visited and almost every shop had closed down leaving the mall empty. The food that is available at the hotel itself is limited. We were there on Friday evening and the restaurant was only 1/3rd full at best which says a bit about the price and quality of food. The nearby food outlets were expensive and grubby. The hotel is very dated and worn. Tatty carpets. Bedsheets with holes in, the curtains in our room wouldn't close properly. Very disappointing in general.
