I didn't stay at this hotel. I was booking a different hotel through Expedia and when the process finished I was informed that I was booked here, which is not in the city I was visiting. As far as I know the refund is in process even though it was non-refundable, so I appreciate their flexibility. And what's up with that, Expedia?

Water leak in our bathroom, reported it they left all the wet towels they used to wipe up water on the bathroom floor which was still wet and slippery. Went to go into our room to get some of our things to put in our car before checking out and couldn't get back into our room as our cards wouldn't work! New card didn't work either then had to get someone to let us into our room to retrieve the rest of our belongings prior to checking out!

It's always a pleasant stay. There was a repair in my bathroom that was messy, wallpaper tacked on with staples! Room 214 if you want to look, I didn't take a picture. Staff are always nice.
