Convenient hotel. Good restaurants, but loud music

Family hotel in centre of town and surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff happy to organise taxis to the falls and to give information. Main issue was that it is opposite Irish bar that had loud music until the early hours. Would recommend getting rooms at back of hotel. Other than that, a friendly clean modern hotel

They charged us an additional extremely large sum that apparently i can't name to add two children to our 3 night stay. It was not worth it at all. 2 star, not 4.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, close to lovely restaurants. The pool area was really nice. We were in an older room, that was clean and no construction noise bothered us. Breakfast room was large- selection of food adequate.

My only complaint is that the hotel is noisy. I think there a few steps were missed in building materials, because we could hear the street noise, our neighbors, motorists and even a kitten crying. If you can, ask for a room facing the pool. Otherwise the place is a gem. Good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff and one block from the bus station that takes you to the waterfalls.

We liked being in town to walk to some really good restaurants nearby. This o there is some traffic noise occasionally, we did not find it distracting. We loved the river fish - pacu, surubi and dorado. They have a good restaurant, though one of the steak was grisly- should have gone for the t-bone.

The front desk was very slow. Also they charged 6000 pesos for 4 people, which was only for contribution. They didn't even change one room which was standard to master room.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff - professional, friendly, multilingual, and always helpful with a smile. Free breakfast buffet was good. Pool was outstanding, with nice snacks and drinks options poolside; also being cleaned by a team of 4 every morning from 7 to 9:00 am. The restaurant had great parilla. I totally recommend it.
