El aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba dañado, bajo a 69 ya en nuestra ultima mañana. Esta queja se reporto en nuestra primera noche, llamamos 3 veces, y no mandaron a nadie. En la mañana siguiente fuimos a customer service y lo reportamos y pedimos una nueva habitación y no nos la dieron. Me canse de quejarme, gracias a Dios afuera la temperatura estaba fresca. Algo mas, vinimos por 2 noches, en nuestra primera mañana fuimos a reservar el restaurante a la carta a las 9 am, y me dijeron "oh, pero usted esta aqui solo por dos noches", le dije "si, y esta sera mi segunda noche, por lo que es mi dia completo aca"... No me quisieron hacer la reservacion, que a mi que fuera a las 3pm a ver si habia alguna cancelacion.... Si usted no es socio/miembro NO VENGA, el mejor servicio aqui es para los V.I.P El peor complejo es el Cofresi Palm Beach, nuestro edificio literal se esta cayendo en pedasos, filtraciones por todas partes, techos derumbados.

Anna V in the restaurant Perla! Amazing service and made us feel so special everyday- Manuel and Louis for the bell hop and shuttle were amazing and always made us laugh! We loved everyday and look forward to coming back.

The room needs some upgrades. The bathtub paint was pealing out and the water took a while to drain from it. Some of the staff we’re not helpful in a few different situations.

Hotel was nice, food was good, very good service, the staff were attentive entertaining. We had a wonderful time! would stay there again. Bathrooms in room could use updating. My bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way.

Stunning hotel on a hill with lots of places to hang out and see! Only problem was the room and the service in the room. We were 3 people and there were only 2 towels in the room and when we asked them, they didn’t bring any.

The Resort is nice, we enjoyed the amenities and shows the property offers, our only complaint is that the rooms were hot, felt like there was no AC at all. Other than that the resort was good.

The room was not completely clean. The air conditioning was not cooling enough, the water did not get hot, and the toilet was leaking water from the side, causing a puddle in the bathroom. I reported these issues several times during my stay,and they were never fixed.

Yo reservé dos habitaciones por dos noches y tres días , cuando llegue las habitaciones no estaban listas, me dieron la habitación casi a las 4 pm , una de las habitaciones room tenía un mal olor a humedad horrible , mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, los cojines de decoración holian mal las sábana de las camas también se sentían húmedas y olor a mío , lo reporte inmediatamente llamé y me dijeron haremos un reporte, nada pasó ese día al día siguiente me levante temprano para hacer una reservación en uno de los 11 restaurantes que ofrecen y la persona que me atendió me dijo que no podría hacerme ninguna reservación por qué yo solo estoy ahí por dos noches y tres días , lo cual en ninguna parte dice que no puedo reservar, fui a recepción y le dije que no entiendo cómo es que no puedo reservar que nadie me dijo nada , y le dijo que necesitaba hablar con un gerente y me dijo que esa persona que me atendió era la gerente y que ella es que sabe. Me sentí discriminada no me arreglaron el problema de la habitación y tampoco pude hacer las actividades que ofrecieron cuando reservé el hotel, el dia dos cuando no aguanté más volví a resección a decirle que no me an resuelto con las habitaciones y a las 9:25 de la noche me cambiaron de habitación y estaba igual andamos con un niño nos quedamos para no salir a loquiar pero en la mañana a primera hora nos fuimos siento que tienen un servicio bien malo deberían renvolsar por qué nada de lo que se me ofreció se complio
Mira las condiciones tan inaceptables si no quieren atender clientes que cierren y que no ofrezcan cosas que no podrán complir

Primera habitación que me dieron esos cojines tuve que quitarlos de la cama el olor era insoportable , y fue reportado inmediatamente y también que faltaba lámparas en la habitación , y llame a recepción y le informé lo del aire.

My stay at Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the room and lack of resolution from staff. The room had multiple serious issues: • Broken shower (unable to take a normal shower) • Broken window handles • Broken door handle (safety concern) • Broken drain/grill • Air conditioning with no remote control, making the room uncomfortably cold • Broken in-room phone, making it difficult to contact the front desk I reported these problems multiple times and formally requested a room change. The staff acknowledged and accepted the request, but the room change never happened, and no effective solution was provided. The last day of the trip Jennifer come to me and apologize and offer me a free night at the hotel she is really nice but the experience wasn’t

0% recommended—this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Check-in was a bad experience because the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, and you should read everything before signing since WiFi is not free and you may get charged. The rooms are old, uncomfortable, and smelled like mold, plus they give you a checklist and will charge you if anything is missing even if it’s not your fault. We also saw big cockroaches, the thermostat didn’t work, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was terrible. The food was low quality and the buffet was disappointing, and valet/ride service takes forever to bring your car or give you a ride.
