Pros: Great private beach, staff members very nice, good location, good food, great service. Cons: property needs some update, pools are kind of insufficient, if it's a premium resort I would expected better alcohol brands, all those extras that they always try to sell you like the cabannas, better food, better alcohol.. that's not a premium hotel thing cause you're already paying good money for your stay.

It was our first time here and we had a great stay. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The food is also spectacular and we enjoyed every restaurant on the property. The Italian and Asian restaurants were our favorites. Lots of activities to do throughout the day to keep you entertained. Some maintenance and construction was occurring during our stay but didn’t affect our stay much. We had an issue with a broken door but the staff was helpful. Overall very happy and would return again.

This was wonderful stay the staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. The only down fall was the food, was expecting more authentic food. The water pressure was not very good on the sink faucets and also the toilet.
