Good location, just at the top of O Connell Street so very handy for sightseeing, shopping, or catching the Luas to the 3 Arena for a concert. Comfy beds! Breakfast was lovely, great selection of things to eat, hot/cold items buffet style. Would stay here again.

The staff made a real effort for my husband’s 40th - birthday card, balloons etc in our room on arrival. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is in a good location, shower in room 431 very poor - hardly any water pressure. Did report it so hopefully the next guests will benefit.
