Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
the hotel staff told me they did not receive my reservation and keep denying my entry for three hours! They gave an excuse of their system having issue! So is it my responsibility to fix their system? How ridiculous! I have to contact expedia to resolve this issue. Totally it took around four hours to get me checked in.
