I loved everything about the property except one, crucial factor. The bed was much too stiff and uncomfortable, and both my partner and I had back problems the whole trip. We tried another room, and found the same issue with that bed. Hopefully this will change, and make the hotel and near perfect experience.

The staff was excellent. In particular the gentleman who was a reception in the evening. It was also incredibly clean. Our only concern was our room overlooked a pub that was rather noisy in the evening and early morning with glasses clanging during their cleanup. Overall a great stay though.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and well -situated for walking around Old Quebec. Our only complaint is that our room was above a street with lots of restaurants and bars that were open late with loud music making it a little hard to sleep.

Excellent stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and having a little coffee shop on site. Super close proximity to pharmacy, restaurants, shopping, etc. Valet parking was great too. Our luggage was brought down to the car and loaded up for us. We will be back to this property next time we are visiting- highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this hotel. My one complaint would be for the adjacent pub on Rue Saint Jean, the outdoor speakers were on until ver y very late at night, disturbing the quiet for people with rooms on that street side.
