Staff support lacking. They said we had charges on the room for coffee, we didn’t order any coffee our whole stay. They didn’t believe us when I said this and went to check their cameras to see if we did charge $21 worth of coffee. This took a long time at checkout and eventually came back trying to guess how the error happened, no apologies.

Good sized room & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff very efficient and friendly Good location and easy 15 min walk to town or there was a bus which stopped right outside the hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa or restaurant so can’t really comment but it looked good.
