This second floor 2-bedroom 2-bath corner condo has spectacular mountain views, comfortably sleeps a maximum of 4 guests as per village bylaws. Master bedroom includes a King size bed, master bath with shower and a private balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the Rocky Mountains. Second bedroom features a King size bed (or option to set up as 2 twin XL beds for extra fee of $30), flat screen TV and DVD player. New Queen hide-a-bed in the Living Room. Black out curtains in all rooms. Furnished main balcony where you can watch beautiful sunsets over the Purcell Mountains. Main bathroom (tub/shower). Comfortable dining for up to 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Other amenities include A/C, BBQ, gas fireplace, in suite laundry, free Wi-Fi, 2nd flat screen TV with streaming channels & DVD player (200+ DVDs), elevator, secure assigned underground heated parking and additional above ground parking, access to seasonal outdoor heated pool, year round outdoor hot tub and games room with WI-FI, darts, and pool table. (Pool/Hot tub is subject to closure due to unforeseen maintenance/other reasons and will not result in a refund should they close during your booking) Condo is walking distance to all amenities.

I had a great time staying here with my teens. It was spacious, with gorgeous views from the balconies, and very well stocked kitchen. Radium Hot Springs was a lovely place for a vacation, with lots of nearby activities: horseback riding, zip lining, canoeing, and hiking.

Absolutely fantastic! Kathy And Darwin were super easy to work with-keeping us informed of everything beforehand leading up to our stay. Our stay was short but comfortable and convenient. Not only did we feel at home, but we did not need to hunt for anything within the condo as it was laid out with ease and common sense. Comfortable beds, cozy linens and accessible extras. Perfect place for our break in La Roche, the host Mika was really helpful and friendly, welcoming gifts on arrival. The accommodation was excellent: modern, clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the sauna, but used all other facilities, we enjoyed lovely long walks from the leaflets provided in the accommodation and also saw a beaver in the Ourthe river, just 5 mins from it. If visiting La Roche again ,we would definitely book this place.

Condo just as pictured. Comfortable, homey, super beds and pillows, bedrooms spaced for quietness, plenty of room throughout. Good location for walking to mainstreet and to explore the town of Radium. Views of mountains beautiful, with trees to screen other units. Pool is a plus, since the Hot Springs was still closed.

The property is great! So well equipped, some things that we usually need to bring from home were there; good paring knives and all kinds of helpful gadgets right down to the apple corer/sectioner/thingy. We had a very small issue first morning but our host took care of it very quickly. Thank you!

The cleanliness of the condo was excellent.The bedrooms were large and the patio was perfect! The location was perfect as it was close enough to all the stores and downtown radium and yet isolated enough from all the hustle and bustle of all the traffic.
