Comfortable and clean, Construction

Clean, friendly staff, newly renovated rooms. There was construction going on while we were staying, but the noise was not overwhelming, just a bit of congestion in the parking lot in the evening. Otherwise a comfortable and clean stay.

I used the text to expedite check in. None of my info was stored so I had to give my Drivers license and credit card all over Secondly, I was not informed property's was being remodeled. The hotel stairways, elevator and parking lot was a mess

Messy, smelly hotel under construction

Terrible messy construction underway. Bad smells. Messy hallway carpets. They should have closed the hotel for the whole construction period until things are done.

Someone was hammering in another room overhead when I arrived at 1500 (3:00pm). It was still going on after 1800(6:00pm). I called the front office TWICE (Chris). He said the room was under construction and I could move. Why was I put in that room to start with? The BANGING didn’t stop until 1825(6:25pm). I was not a happy camper for the first 3.5hrs .

Property was under construction. There was loud banging each morning as construction crews worked. One morning there was a stump removal machine running. Did not know it was under construction when booked or notified prior to arrival. No accommodation or effort made to amend or rectify.

This property looks rundown overall. The bathroom sink was clogged when I arrived and the ceiling has a large hole in it. The front desk staff was very slow with check-in but blamed it on the computer timing out. For the price, I wish I had chosen a different property in Cary!

This motel is completely torn up on the lower level and the entire motel is being renovated. The main lobby has nowhere to sit because it’s all torn up. Eventually, it will be presentable but at this point it is very inconvenient. Breakfast was good, but squeezed into one small little area that was not easilyhandicap accessible. The only amenities available were soap in the bathroom and coffee, but no tea. I had to ask for a clean wash cloth every day of my stay. Soiled towels and washcloths were removed, but were not replaced. The floor lamp did not work and many of the outlets were dead.

It was under construction at the time, so everything was an absolute mess. It looked like a garbage dump outside and the lobby was nonexistent. BUT - my room was brand new and perfectly clean. Very nice and comfortable. I’m sure it will be 5 stars when they are done with construction.
