Great location. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Restaurant was absolutely delicious. Gave a 4 star overall because the entire time we were there (5 nights) the pool and hot tub were out of service, and we had to call the maintanence guy 3 out of 5 days because the cable kept cutting off.

The worst part is that they have everyone check in at the same time and there is very limited space to pull up to the hotel. Needed to find their parking which is around the corner and down in the dungeon. Very tight without great directions.

Everything was great. Came down with a friend for the Animate Con. Being at this specific hotel was perfect for us. Safe getting into the convention area and never had to go outside into the cold. Absolutely amazing. Staff was incredibly kind and sweet. My only note was that I thought breakfast was included and not an additional package. (but there’s a Starbucks in the lobby also so that worked out pretty well) Other than that, 10/10.

I enjoyed the hotel being connected directly to the Raleigh Convention Center. I was attending an event there and it was wonderful to be able to go to my room quickly if needed. The dining was also amazing with many choices and the hotel breakfasts were incredible. I had such a wonderful stay and will definitely go again.
