Nice staff. Good beds - clean facility. The a/c was not working well at n our room - Breakfast was good. Location good. Small workout room but at least there was something- good facility Regina also a nice city.

I did not appreciate the front desk, clerk not allowing my teenage daughters into the hotel after the doors were locked. My mom had to call the front desk and the front desk clerk was hesitant to transfer the call her to my room. I then had to wake up from my sleep to answer the call, and then I had to call the front desk to ask them to let my teenage daughters up to our room. It was past midnight and my daughters didn't know what to do. They were alone without an adult and I didn't appreciate the front desk clerk. I also got a call at 11:05 AM asking me to check out of my room. I know checkout is at 11, but if I was still in my room at 11:30 1145 then I would understand a call but 11:05 AM was kind of pushing it. I usually stay at this hotel and I probably won't stay there again after this.

We flew in from Australia. We arrived at 12. Couldn’t check in for 3 hrs and was told if we wanted to pay an extra $50 we could access our room straight away. It could be policy, but most motels allow an early check in for long distance travelers. However they did give us a very quiet room on the 4th floor away from others staying in the hotel. There were a lot of people staying long term I think due to the displaced people from wildfires up north in this province. All up it was a very pleasant stay

Liked the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. Tbe rooms were bug and spacious. Even though I didn't need it, I loved that the shower was wheelchair accessible! Love the inclusivity!

We booked this hotel for an easy convient location to pick up a family member from the airport at 1 am in the morning. However, the maid tried to get in without even a knock or saying housekeeping at 8 am in the morning! We had just barely got to sleep. If we didn’t have the door latched she would have walked right in. Thank goodness my daughter was awake and indeed confirmed there was no knock or request to enter our room! Just appalling!!! And then a phone call to our room 40 mins later! And hotel front desk say they have no idea who would have called! We did not checkout, nor did we request housekeeping. Mostly all of us were still sleeping because we had been up late. That is why we picked this hotel for the convenience and the soundproofing that it says it has, but we were,needless to say, awoken prematurely anyways. Manager was gone for next 3 days. Had to call back to talk to him. He never reached out. No effort to apologize or resolve the issue. Breakfast was horrible. Looked like it had sat out for hours and very few options! UPDATE: after reaching out numerous, numerous time to the hotel and Travelocity, who we booked the room through, we were told that we requested the housekeeping, and therefore they could not compensate us for the inconvenience we experienced. No apology,nothing. Highly do not recommend staying here unless you want to get scammed! Will never stay again.
