The food was ok but was fairly cold and limited. The blinds were not dark at all. There was no body wash or conditioner and when I asked for some to be brought up, I was told that I’d have to come downstairs to get it myself and then they provided me with 3 more shampoos. Only one person at check in, so that took a long time to get checked in.

This hotel is very stripped down no frills place. The beds are comfortable and even thou you are so close to the airport i did not hear the planes until early morning. Great for families as there are tons of space in the room.

Positives - Room was basic but clean, breakfast was basic but acceptable. Ice machine and vending machines were in good working order. Negatives . I always book hotels that have fitness centre as I use that daily. In this case the hotel advertised a fitness centre but there was only one treadmill and one bike and the bike was “out of order”! I had to go to another gym in town at a cost of $25. Also, even though room was ready early, I wasn’t allowed to check in until 3:00 sharp. While I realize check in time needs to be respected, I think, as a courtesy, if the room is ready, a 15-30 min early check-in should be allowed

Fight too early for breakfast. There was an issue with the heat in our room. Staff seemed reluctant to issue a room even after they made 4 attempts to reset the heating. We had to insist that we wanted a new room.
