They are currently doing a lot of construction on the hotel and beside the hotel so it's dirty and noisy, but I still enjoyed my stay and the staff are very interested in your comfort and safety. Not sure how safe I felt with all of it going on but it was still enjoyable.

Location value and price was great for the suite that we had. Many of the ocean front rooms were not available due to work that was being done alongside the balconies unfortunately, most everything was closed, including the restaurant bar and there’s not really anywhere to hang out in the lobby area. The main thing is that it’s right at the end of the boardwalk.

I accidentally booked an accessible room. We got to the room and the toilet paper holder was not only broken but we couldn’t fix it so the toilet paper kept falling out. The shower head ,which was a detachable shower head for handicap guests, was broken so we couldn’t take a shower till they fixed it. There were two fire alarms forcing us to leave our room twice without a message that explained that it was all the construction ( which was another issue). There is no blanket on the bed just a sheet and a thin cover so we were freezing. I complained several times but they did not offer another room. The building is run down. The only good thing is the parking. I brought this up as I was leaving asking to speak to a manager and was told he’s around but the front desk attendant didn’t try to call him and said he would call me back and of course that never happened. The woman behind us also complained of things being broken in her room. My best advice is stay anywhere else than this. Just a bad overall experience
