The staff were very welcoming. Location was brilliant. We had been upgraded to a Privileged Room and there was a note and cake to wish my husband a happy birthday!!! Loved the breakfast and location - would definitely stay here again Reception staff were very helpful as were all the staff. Definitely recommend this so near the main square, shopping, train station, beautiful churches, a city full of history fabulous

Modern hotel. Great location.

Stayed for three nights to explore Krakow and visit Auschwitz. The hotel is well decorated and very clean. Unfortunately we couldn't settle and moved rooms twice because of the way the pipework runs in the hotel. A loud hissing/whistling sound was present in the first two rooms which kept us up at night and severely irritated us. Fortunately staff were friendly in trying to find us a quieter room. This sadly resulted in less sleep so we were very tired/agitated. Staff went out of their way to help which we were grateful for. Would like to return to Krakow one day.

Nice new hotel

Pros: Staff were lovely all very friendly and helpful, nice breakfast plenty to choose from
Visited Kraków with friends stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and it was fantastic, everything for new nice and clean, great location opposite a shopping centre and only 10 minutes walk to the main square in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Within walking distant to visit the castle & cathedral.
