Cute first floor apartment offers three bedrooms, two baths, central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Smart TVs + 1 cable TV, WiFi, wireless internet, sleeping for 8 people with 2 queen-sized beds and 2 double bunk beds with trundle. Bathroom Layout: In the hallway is one full bath with tub, shower, toilet, sink and stack washer and dryer. The other bathroom is located in the bedroom with the Queen Bed. This bedroom has a stall shower in the room along with a separate toilet and sink. This is a unique set up so we wanted you to know where each is located! Eating in? Full sit-down dinners are possible with an extra dining table leaf and extra folding chairs. Apartment 2 East, which is on the second floor, is also available if you need additional room for a larger family! Guests pay an $110.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Pet Friendly - 1 - 2 dogs will be considered with a $300 (an additional $150 for a 2nd dog) minimum non-refundable pet fee and addendum , depending on size and breed. The unit offers two parking spaces. Bonus: Owner provides Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits as well.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.
