3 Valley Gap is a unique property with an attached ghost town. Somethings are a bit dated on the property but most provide some good family fun. Their wifi definitely needs upgrading.

The property has beautiful surroundings. Staff was great and helpful. But lake area was not as nice as expected. The beach was not that clean for kids to play in. Ghost town next door was really nice.

We had a great time overnighting at Three Valley. We stop in every time we travel by. We tour the museum every couple of years, but this was the first time we have ever spent the night. Front desk was great. Food was good however hours are a bit limited. We adjusted times to make sure we made it before they closed. We spent time enjoying the lake and the gardens. Nice landscaping and flowers. Very relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

I always wanted to stay at 3 Valley Gap and was happy with our visit. It is an older property but well loved. The staff were very helpful and curtious. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great with the windows open for good air flow. It is to be noted there is no airconditioning but as I said we had a great cross breeze and it was a comfortable sleep. It is a little noisy with the road and the railway tracks. The ghost town was a fun little bonus to wander into. Overall a great time was had.

Always wanted to stay there and finally we had the opportunity. I don't regret it. The view is amazing. The price is right and the food was awesome. Staff Abby I would adopt her as my granddaughter. She was wonderful. The ghost town was fun to see. Lots of activities. Perfect for a family.
