Es freut uns sehr von Ihnen zu erfahren, dass Sie unser Personal als fleißig empfunden haben und dass die Sauberkeit unseres Hotels, Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Bitte erlauben Sie mir, Ihnen mitzuteilen, dass wir die Meinung unsrer Besucher tiefst zu schätzen wissen, da wir stets bemüht sind, den Wünschen und den Bedürfnissen unserer Gäste entgegenzukommen. In Bezug auf Ihre Bemerkung zu der Größe von unseren Zimmern und angesichts der Pläne unseres Hauses die von unsrem Architekten entworfen wurden, versichere Ihnen, dass das Zimmer, das Sie in Ihrem Bericht erwähnen tatsächlich 30m2 ist. Die eigentliche Zimmergröße enthält sowohl das Schlafzimmer sowie auch den Zimmerkorridor und das Badezimmer. Die Balkonfläche ist jedoch nicht in den Maßen unserer Zimmertypen enthalten. Leider haben Sie eine Anonyme Bewertung abgegeben und aus diesem Grund sind wir nicht in der Lage Ihnen eine genauere Antwort zu geben, die im Zusammenhang mit Ihrem Zimmertyp ist.
