Better options available for the money

First off, they called me a few days ahead of my stay to tell me that they did not have any rooms available with two beds, which is specifically why I booked it. I was traveling with multiple family members, and made the reservation well ahead of time. At that point, it was too late to find another room, so I went along with it. The gentleman working at the desk was pleasant, but the facility is not particularly clean, the couch in the room was filthy, and the room smelled vaguely of old cigarette smoke and marijuana. Worth noting that the Google rating is lower than the rating lot hotels.com, and I shouldā€™ve checked that as well.

Sofa bed broken No sheets on sofa bed Room dirty Bathroom dirty Room stunk like wet cigarettes Refrigerator dented and looks like it was found on the side of the road Shower disgusting Worst room Iā€™ve had in years. If we werenā€™t so tired and it wasnā€™t late we would have left. The room pictures on the site are stock photos, not real. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. Iā€™ll be getting a refund. This place is a disgrace to the company name.

Fist of all, I need to own the fact that I didnā€™t realize this property is listed as a 2 star. I paid 3 star prices and saw good reviews and made an assumption. Shame on me, and here was our unpleasant experience: We waited 7 minutes to check-in as there was no attendent at the desk. My family of four was shifted fom a 2 queen suite to a single king with a pull-out couch due to their over booking. When we got to the room, it was dirty (sticky floors) and the couch was nasty. Food stains on fabric, dirty, and looked like a cat had clawed it at some point. There was no way my daughters were going to sleep on that thing so they spent the night with family that live in this area. The sheets on our bed were clean but the bathmat in the morning was dirty. Not stained, dirty from the last person that used the room. I went down to the lobby for their grab and go breakfast and they were out of coffee and didnā€™t have enough hot water for 2 cups of tea. Again, no attendant at the desk. I feel like I was duped. I paid way too much for a 1 star facility. Listening themselves as a 2 star is not being honest. Will never stay here or at any Extended Stay America again.

This is a property that people live at so because people live there they donā€™t do much cleaning some of the staff was nice but didnā€™t take away from the property just had a smell in the room it was just not good I wouldnā€™t recommend this place to travelers
