The representative Regina G. at this location made my experience wonderful. I spoke to her at the airport and was quickly accommodated with the shuttle. The check in was a breeze and hotels cleanliness was unbelievable. The representative and the drivers were excellent. I would definitely stay at The Four Points By Sheraton again. .

The hotel was ok at best. The deluxe king rooms have NO windows to the outside, it feels like you're staying in a small cave. Move to a King, regular room that had small window but the room is still very basic and cold. The people working a the hotel were very kind and nice.

Outside was a mess. Low branch levels on trees. Debris everywhere. Parking lot falling apart. Elevator floor dirty. Bath tub had hair and paint splatters. No Ginger Ale in the bar. Horrible representation of a Marriott property!

Good place to stay if you have an early flight.

Room was clean. Mattresses in our room were not very firm and looked well worn. Staff are excellent.
