First of all, they offer parking but it’s $25 to park overnight, which was not disclosed while booking second the lobby is closed most of the time…we arrived at night and it was closed. We had to find our way through a different way and use their neighboring hotel to check in. Thirdly, the sofa bed did not have bedding in the room. The room was reserved to sleep six which meant we required the use of the sofa bed. we were told to try the other neighboring hotel again for extra pillows and blankets, but they told us they should be in the closet which they were not so there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa. My kids had no pillows or blankets that night. The breakfast was also old, barely warm and pretty gross but not unexpected in a continental breakfast type situation. Elevators were very difficult to use. They were completely digital and you could not access or alter the floors from inside the elevator very confusing and very weird. Overall, the property was clean enough. The biggest complaint was that there was not any bedding for the sofa bed, which is a huge problem when we needed that bedding for our kids.

It was great having the room. The only downside was that the ac unit made a noise that I hardly slept one night and that I was given the offer to get a new room but a downgrade or have a fan and I chose to have a fan because I didn’t want to go through all the trouble of moving everything over. And thankfully I was given a discount and reimburse of about $200. And also parking garage is just about difficult to try to find and park and I feel it’ll be an issue down the road and I had minor scratch on the roof of my vehicle at the top floor which I believe should be fixable

Let down for the price

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn for my 30th birthday, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped. I feel compelled to share my feedback regarding the service and accommodations, as it was a significant letdown for such a special occasion. Upon checking in, there was a lack of communication from the staff. The attendant did not greet me or ask for my name; instead, he took my ID without saying anything, which took me by surprise as i was not expecting that. He was on his cell phone throughout the process. This lack of attention set a negative tone for my stay. Furthermore, when we arrived at our room, it was not the room I had booked. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, as there was hair on the counter, and there was no soap provided. I was informed that nothing could be done to rectify the situation since the hotel was sold out, which left me very disappointed. Given the amount I paid, which was $250.00, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. This experience has assured me that I will not return to the Hampton Inn in the future, especially after planning a surprise birthday stay. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I hope you can address these issues to improve future guests' experiences.

Let me preface this by saying the hotel was completely booked for a convention and they were extremely busy. However, we booked a room that can sleep four people, we had three, and there were only two towels in the room. When we called the front desk they said they were out of towels, but would put our room on the list to get some. We left to attend an event and got back late to our room. No towels had been delivered. When we pulled out the couch we found that there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets. The person at the front desk said they didn't have any and that housekeeping was not there. They rudely directed me to the lobby of the Embassy Suites, in the same building, and said I would have to go get them myself because no one else was working. The lady at the Embassy Suites desk was much more professional, gave us a set of sheets, but no pillows, blankets, or towels. She again took our room number and said we'd have towels in the morning. The next morning we checked with the front desk and there were still no towels. We tried breakfast and the coffee was out for over an hour. Luckily the Embassy Suites buffet was fully stocked and we were able to head upstairs to get coffee. Finally, around 10am, I passed a member of the house keeping staff in my hallway and practically begged her for one extra towel so we could all shower. My best advice, if you're looking to stay here, book through the Embassy Suites. The customer service was much better.
