Everything was fine until early the next morning when the carbon monoxide detector went off. Multiple calls to the front desk went unanswered. We went to the desk in person to see if there was an emergency, but no one was present and phones were ringing off the hook. We wound up having to flee as we didn't know if it was safe to stay. Hard to recommend this hotel for that reason.

Overall good hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Room and hotel were clean. Parking at the hotel is a ripoff for $25 a night attached to the room. Garage next door is significantly cheaper. Be careful walking around the surrounding areas at night.

It was a great place to spend the night for short money. I was there for a convention, so did not spend much time at the hotel then sleep, but everything was fine.

Some maintenance needs done

Our room didn’t have hot water, and the remote for the tv wouldn’t work so we couldn’t turn it on. We asked for someone to come take a look, but no one ever did. I did talk to a manager at check out and they refunded 50%. So all in all, I wish everything worked, but half price was nice too.

There was no hot water and the toilet didn't work all that great. It took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check me in, and no one was at the front desk when I was leaving. The rooftop restaurant was closed, which was the main reason I wanted to stay.

Loved the decor of the hotel and lobby, room was a great size but wasn’t the absolute cleanest, the pull out bed on the couch had a crumpled up sheet like it had just been thrown on there and not changed from the lady guest, the ac in the room felt like it barely worked and we asked for someone to check it out and they said they’d bring fans but never did. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom. There were no pillows for the pullout bed. We called and asked the front desk for a blanket and there was no one able to bring one up. The breakfast area was not the tidest and the waffle mix was super lumpy. The staff at the front desk was friendly. Parking was convenient. Overall the stay wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t book here again because I’m sure I could find a better option.
