Konventa Sēta Hotel by Keystone Collection is an incredibly cozy, welcoming, warm and spacious hotel in the heart of Riga. Everyone from their staff: Romans, Darja, Vivian, Dmitrijs - were exceptionally friendly and helpful to make sure that our stay was a comfortable delight. From offering to fix a broken suitcase to fetching a cab, they were extremely helpful in every aspect. The breakfast buffet covered all grounds from hot to cold dishes along with the usual selection of baked goods and dairy products. The bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was truly impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Thumbs up - Highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful -- my cat needed vet services and they arranged where to go, called the doctor and when the doctor called with good news, they were elated. I have NEVER stayed in a better more caring hotel and I have traveled all over the world (except Antartica) A++
