Room was spotless. View from the room was incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Server Gabriel was an incredible person and really made my girlfriend’s birthday extra special. The guest services staff was able to arrange the room for my girlfriend’s birthday with balloons and decorations to give her an incredible surprise. I 100% recommend this property for any occasion and will 100% be coming back!

Terrible Terrible!!!! I will never go there again!!!! Very racist people!!! Did not clean our rooms unless we complained! Waiters at the pool did not attend to us unless we go to the bar to request a drink!!! There are no room service past 10pm!!! False advertising saying 24 hours!!! They are rude and ignorant!!!

Very clean, staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel smells amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Reception staff spoke English and were always very friendly. The staff that did not speak English were very patient with me using google translate. Also love the 24/7 security.

The room was very spacious and I had an amazing view. Despite choosing the Mountain View option, I had a partial sea view and it was breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are nice and a lot of them were special needs which to me is great!
