Great hotel, conveniently located in the center of Copacabana with friendly staff (special thanks to Yara at the reception desk)! Soundproofing of the rooms could be better, but otherwise - all was great and we really enjoyed our stay in Windsor.

The hotel is across Copacabana beach, very convenient for early morning swim. We had a big room with a big comfortable bed. Good breakfast selection with hot and cold options and local fruits. The rooftop pool have a very good view of the beach especially at night.

There were good room service, clean bedroom and hotel, nice view from the rooftop of the ocean and Rio. I think should have a clock at each room and microwave to heat food. A bench at the outside of the hotel would be nice as well. They gave bag of ice as courtesy but I got shocked they usually charge for ICE.

The property was nice, staff was approachable and some spoke really good English! My room was done nice and chocolates were always left on the pillow. I love the shower that was always hot and great water flow so that was a plus for me. Definitely would recommend this place. It’s right across the street from the beach. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
