Hotel rooms etc feel quite tired - let's be honest, the rooftop pool is the star of the show. Staff were a mixed bag, some helpful; others not so much. Had a leak in my room when I arrived which took 2 requests to get fixed. Lobby etc is nice and I liked the pool area although it is busy for its relatively small size. Not too bad for the price compared to other more upmarket hotels on the strip.

Lovely hotel. All the staff very helpful especially Yarrah & Myrah on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Eloiza at breakfast was very attentive. A great hotel on Copacabana beach ❤️ and a great location for bars & restaurants.

The property was most certainly convenient, accessible to shopping, and eateries. The breakfast was great and definitely a good amenity for the hotel. However, we were not fond of the hotel staff, the room is extremely basic/bland/tiny with absolutely no view, and the pool is a matchbox. I don’t believe we’d visit again but the food was delicious.

Staff was very helpful and common areas were quite nice. Room was not great. Small and dark. Window overlooked an empty space between buildings no view at all.

Good hotel in Copacabana beach Av Atlantica, spacious and comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast is very expensive so decided to go out many bakeries and cafes nearby. Paid for vallet parking but with discount applied for guests. Hotel staff also helpful. Good hotel as the area is full of shopping and dining options.

I give it 5 star rating. I was a woman travelling on my own from England and felt very safe. The reception on my arrival was very approachable, friendly and welcoming, very helpful. Anything you need to know just them at reception and the will help you with everything you need and more. My suite was beautiful, clean and fresh. Housekeeping everyday. There is a good choice at breakfast, continental, cereal and eggs and bacon. Door staff very helpful. Sauna and the hotels pool amazing.😀

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food and service was excellent. The location in the middle of Cocacabana was perfect. Rooftop pool and restaurant with views of the beach and Christ the Redeemer was also a delight. Couldn’t fault it.

Loved the balconies overlooking the Copacabana beach! The staff is so awesome and the guys at breakfast rock! The breakfast is superb and you can get omelets made to order. The food there is so good! We ate breakfast lunch and dinner there! I was glad we had a bathtub/shower. Towels and beds are great too! Pool bar is nice on top floor overlooking everything! Loved everything about it! Rooms ac worked great!
