Poor room condition and dusty!

How do I start? Check in was great and seamless. But that was it. The best part is over now. They are renovating and I will pardon them for the dust. However the sink was broken and seems someone sat on it and tried to make it join. Would they happen? Water started flowing from the other side. The sink doesn’t drain at all. We were supposed to checkout early in the morning and hence said we wil survive some how. They offered to switch quite late. They didn’t even check before they rented the room. Worst part!!

We had to change rooms 2 times. First room the toilet didn’t work and sink wouldn’t drain. Second room heat did not work and had a burning smell. Third room spelled as well but no more room to move us to so we just had to deal with it.

The younger girl at the desk was very rude, I kept calling and she would hang up, or tell me early check in was not available each time I would call, I luckily asked if someone else could help me and the other lady was able to help me and she actually physically looked it up on the computer as where the younger girl didn’t. Hotel was nice and clean
