We went three days without hot water. We kept hearing the plumbers were a few hours of fixing the boilers. I was promised compensation that never appeared even after hours on the phone with the hotel and Expedia. I finally gave up. This was my 11rh and last stay at this property.

She always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel at home at all times. She is incredibly pleasant, and it’s clear she would do anything she could to help.
