Second time we stayed at this property it’s very clean a very close to Mayo Clinic which was the reason for the stay. However the woman at the front desk that checked us out was pretty rude and gave me and my husband a nasty look for no reason which was a disappointment.

Definitely a 2-star experience in terms of staff professionalism and cleanliness (both lacking). In my room upon arrival I found not only some left-over pieces of trash on bedside table, there was a pair of swim trunks under the bathroom vanity on the floor! WTH. Clearly, the floor was not cleaned fully. Gross. I will never stay here again. Yuck yuck yuck. (Size of room was massive, so maybe a great place for kids??)

Our stay was very good especially helpfulness of the staff. They were marvelously patient and helpful. Unfortunately we stayed during a time when there were a lot of kids' sports participants, which made a very noisy and chaotic place. Otherwise I would have rated this stay as Excellent!

At check-in, our credit card was charged $16 for possible "incidentals." We checked out with none, but even after a phone call, they did not refund our money. Excellent service at the front desk! I had a tricky situation with a traveling companion and the lady working was so kind, patient, and professional. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with 2 friends so we loved having the “living space” in our room plus the kitchen and island to eat at. We chose this hotel because it’s walkable to the Civic Center, and that was really convenient. I definitely recommend staying here.

We were here for some testing at Mayo Clinic. The hotel is in a very safe area and walkable to the clinic, but also has a shuttle that runs all day. The (paid) parking was easy in/out, spacious and safe. The hotel offers free breakfast daily and free hot soup (Panera style) on weekdays at 5:30p. Staff was very helpful and friendly, there are wheelchairs available if needed. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable. They do use feather pillows, but being allergic to them, I was able to switch them out for hypoallergenic ones and they arrived quickly. The floors are secured by using your keycard to access your floor. I was never worried about safety. Breakfast was amazing, hot, and the staff is very attentive. This will be our go-to if we ever need to stay in the area again. Highly recommended!
