The house is located in a quiet urbanisation between Ciudad Quesada and the town of Rojales.

The property itself is a bungalow style property, completely detached and private. On the outside, it boasts an outside kitchen with a built-in American style BBQ, a chill-out sofa corner and a lovely "secret garden". There are 4-5 steps to access the property, once inside you walk into the conservatory with a dining table and chairs, very useful for winter stays. Once you walk in the main door you'll find a modern and stylishly furnished and decorated living room which includes a comfortable corner sofa, large smart tv with IPTV service, fibre optic internet, a reading chair and a gas fireplace for winter.

To left of the living room you'll find a large kitchen which offers all small and large electrical appliances needed along with a dishwasher.

Proceeding to the back half of the property you'll find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 singles beds. The main bathroom also has a walk-in shower.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.
