De villa is in 2023 op geleverd en voorzien van airconditioning, rolluiken, groot zwembad, televisie met ruim aanbod van zenders, films en series, een keuken met alle voorzieningen waaronder vaatwasser en Nespresso machine, etc. We hebben de villa bewust uitgerust met luxe meubilair, dus hele goede bedden, fijne stoelen zowel binnen als buiten, lekkere zonnebedjes en nette keuken attributen en servies. De villa is met Ibizaanse accesoires en decoratie afgewerkt voor een fijne zen-sfeer. Alles dus om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken!

De villa ligt in een rustige wijk, grenzend aan het dorpje Rojales/Cuidad Quesada. Op een steenworp afstand liggen 3 supermarkten, waaronder de Consum en Lidl. In het dorpje is genoeg te beleven en op 7 minuten rijden bevind zich al het strand en Middelandse Zee. Dit deel van de Costa Blanca kenmerkt zich om de brede zandstranden en ondiepe zee. Alicante, Murcia en Torrevieja liggen allemaal om de hoek, genoeg opties voor leuke uitjes. Het gebied tussen Torrevieja en Alicante staat door de zoutmeren bekend om de meest zuivere en schone lucht van Europa.

De villa is uitgerust met een wasmachine, strijkplank, voldoende handdoeken, zowel voor lekker douchen, als aan het zwembad en naar het strand. Op straat is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid, maar de villa heeft ook een eigen elektrisch bediende poort en oprit.

We verhuren de villa met professionele key-holding staff en schoonmaak- & linnenservice. De check-in en check-out verlopen persoonlijk. Mocht er tijdens uw verblijf iets zijn, dan is de keyholding staff tot uw beschikking (calamiteiten, storingen, etc).


Huisregels: Er is een waarborg van 300 EUR die voor aankomst per overschrijving dient betaald te worden. Deze waarborg wordt terugbetaald binnen de 10 dagen na vertrek mits geen schade. Het organiseren van studentenfeesten, vrijgezellenfeesten, drinkpartijen in dit huis is verboden. Gelieve hier rekening mee te houden.
